It immediately reveals whether the agency is focused on numbers that look good on paper \u2013 or on what actually counts: that traffic leads to business benefit. Because traffic without conversion is like a store full of people who don\u2019t shop. We see that keywords with clear purchase intent drive the best results, so we are doubling down on them.\u201d  <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-heading container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This is a weak answer:<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-paragraph container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p><em>\u201cTraffic has increased. We are ranking for more keywords now.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-paragraph container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-paragraph container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p>So, do you see the difference? A good answer isn\u2019t about showing numbers \u2013 it\u2019s about clearly linking them to business results. A weak answer doesn\u2019t give you any connection to the business, lead numbers, or reasoning about what traffic is actually valuable.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-paragraph container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p>Reports that only tell you what the agency did \u2013 and not what it did for your business \u2013 are a red flag. We have made optimizations and plan to publish new content.\" <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-paragraph container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p>A good answer is concrete, motivated and connected to your reality. A weak answer sounds active \u2013 but doesn't really say anything about what is being done, why it is being done or what it will lead to. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-paragraph container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p>SEO is not a standard service that looks the same for everyone. What is right for one company may be completely wrong for another. If the agency cannot explain its priorities, there is a risk that you will get a cut-and-paste delivery instead of a well-thought-out strategy. Right now, we\u2019d like to discuss a more aggressive focus on [specific area] \u2013 that\u2019s where we see the most potential going forward.\u201d   <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-heading container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This is a weak answer:<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-paragraph container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p><em>\"We think it's going well. We're continuing as planned.\" <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block core-paragraph container \"><div class=\"row justify-content-center\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p>It\u2019s pretty clear when you compare it like this, right? A good response shows that the agency is thinking about you, learning and developing the strategy over time. A weak response may sound confident, but often signals that nothing is really being challenged or improved. If an agency never has anything they want to adjust, reconsider or suggest \u2013 after months of working together \u2013 they are probably not driven by curiosity and development. They are driven by not making you unhappy.
