Working with social media is usually both fun and creative! But let’s be honest - it can also get pretty overwhelming.
More platforms, more formats, more data points. And in the middle of it all, you’re expected to draw smart insights, make decisions, and optimize your strategy in real-time.
So we asked ourselves: Can AI make this easier?
The answer became Mild Analyze - our very own AI tool. Built by and for people who work with social media every day.
A tool that started with a question
Mild Analyze isn’t an off-the-shelf AI package. It’s developed in-house by our very own Daniel, a developer at our Gothenburg office.
Together with SoMe specialists Alexandra and Anna, he shaped a tool based on real needs in campaign work.
We wanted something that didn’t just present numbers - but understood them. Something that could:
- Analyze campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide actionable recommendations for optimization
- Offer new perspectives when you’re stuck
- Save time - without compromising quality
“The best part is getting a quick overview of the data - but also that the tool gives you new angles and can inspire change. Especially when you’re stuck and not sure how to move forward.” explains Alexandra.
An AI tool that works like a teammate
For Anna Morey, the tool has become a natural part of her daily routine - especially when campaigns aren’t delivering as expected.
“I use it like a colleague to bounce ideas off. If a campaign is underperforming, I get specific tips on what adjustments could improve the results. It’s especially useful before monthly meetings, where you’d normally spend a lot of time just gathering basic data.”
She also notes how it’s shifted her focus:
“I can spend more time on optimization that actually makes a difference - instead of digging through numbers. Sometimes it even gives me ideas I wouldn’t have come up with myself, like external factors that could be affecting performance.”
The recommendation feature is a favorite:
“That’s where it really feels alive - like a colleague offering up ideas and input.”
Built together – tested in reality
The close collaboration between developers and specialists has been key to creating something truly useful:
“We’ve been able to shape how it works and decide what features are important for our day-to-day. Plus, we understand how the tool thinks, because we’ve seen the prompt structure and what data is used. That makes it easier to trust the insights.” says Anna.
And more features are on the way:
“Right now, I mainly use it to analyze specific campaigns – especially when something needs to change. But with upcoming features like full account analysis, it’ll become an even bigger part of my daily workflow.” says Alexandra.
For both beginners and experienced specialists
Both Anna and Alexandra agree: this tool works for everyone.
“It’s a really helpful complement – whether you’re new to Paid Social or a seasoned pro. It streamlines your work and helps uncover insights that improve campaign performance and drive optimization forward.”
