This privacy and cookie policy informs you about how we use personal data submitted to us, or personal data collected by us online (using cookies). This policy is available on www.mild.se ("the Website").

Mild will always comply with applicable privacy laws and will ensure that personal information is treated confidentially. Mild will not, unless required by law or by a legally binding decision from competent authorities, disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, unless specifically stated herein.

Mild may process the following personal data:

  • Name, company, email, and phone number to process an inquiry when you fill out the form on the Website or in connection with an agreement between Mild and you or your employer/client.
  • Your name and contact information if you contact Mild on behalf of your employer or client.
  • If you contact Mild, we store correspondence or comments, which may contain personal data, to provide better service if you contact Mild again.

Legality in processing

Mild will:

  • Process your personal data lawfully, accurately, and in an open manner.
  • Collect your personal data for the specified and legitimate purposes outlined in this policy and will not process your personal data in any way that is incompatible with these purposes.
  • Collect and process personal data that is adequate, relevant, and necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and used.
  • Process your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Legal basis for processing and purposes of processing

Mild processes your personal data to respond to any inquiries from you (GDPR Article 6.1 f).

If and to the extent that your inquiry results in an agreement between you and Mild, your personal information collected and processed when the inquiry was made will be processed to the extent necessary to fulfill Mild's obligations under the relevant agreement (GDPR Article 6.1b).

Furthermore, Mild will process your personal data to the extent that Mild is obligated to do so by law or decision of authorities (GDPR Article 6.1c).

Mild may also process your personal data, primarily email and telephone, to send information or marketing related to Mild's operations, based on a balancing of interests conducted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6.1 f). You always have the right to decline direct marketing.

Data processor

Mild allows a data processor to process all personal data through both data storage and operation of our systems.

The data processor may also read, organize, and transfer personal data according to instructions from Mild.

The data processor only processes your personal data on servers located within the EU and EEA boundary and controlled by the data processor.

Cookies

Mild uses cookies to provide a more user-friendly website. Third-party cookies may also be used (such as Google Analytics or other tools) for analytical purposes and/or to improve traffic and visits.

If you do not wish to have cookies installed on your computer or want to limit the processing of such information, your browser may in some cases allow you to opt out or anonymize your IP address.

Security

  • Request that we correct any inaccurate data about you.
  • Request that we delete your data if there are no legal grounds for further processing.
  • Request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, unless there are legal grounds for further processing.
  • Request to receive the personal data concerning you, and which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (portability).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint about our processing with the supervisory authority, www.imy.se.

To ensure that the correct person submits the request for action as described above, we will conduct an identity verification process when such a request is made.

Mild reserves the right to change this privacy policy as needed, for example, to comply with changes in laws and regulations. Such a change will be published on the Website.
