The challenge
Cuebid was working in an outdated WordPress setup where nearly every update required external developer support. Even something as simple as posting a new event wasn’t possible without help – making day-to-day operations unnecessarily limited.
The website also lacked a clear structure. Tone of voice and content varied across pages, and the user experience felt disconnected. On top of that, Cuebid had a large amount of valuable content – but no effective way to organize, present, or repurpose it consistently.
Meanwhile, their advertising was too broad, and the website wasn’t generating enough qualified leads.

The goal
Cuebid’s top priority was finding a partner who truly listened – someone who could understand their challenges, offer the right recommendations, and become a long-term extension of their team.
Together, we set out to build a modern and professional website that reflects the brand and supports daily workflows. The site needed to be flexible and easy to manage, structured to drive conversions, and closely integrated with their CRM. Increasing inbound leads was also a key focus.

“Protect, Detect, Respond” – these three pillars are central to Cuebid’s offering. They became the foundation of the site’s navigation, creating a clear path for users while reinforcing the brand and service structure.
- A design that feels both professional and personal
The challenge was to strike a balance between technical authority and a more personal tone. The result is a site that conveys stability and trust – without feeling cold or distant – and accurately reflects the Cuebid brand.
Smarter advertising
Previously, ads were targeted too broadly. Together, we shifted the focus from “more people” to “the right people.” By segmenting audiences and tailoring messages to each, the advertising became significantly more relevant and effective.
Long-term partnership & maintenance
Our collaboration with Cuebid is ongoing. Today, we serve as their digital partner across everything from hosting, updates, and support to campaign strategy and continuous digital development.
